- Girl Scout Promise was recited

- Leadership Development Handouts
- Leadership development FAQ was passed to entire VISTA regarding 2008 program changes.
- Need Donations for Silent Auction in June
- We are looking for donations for our June 5th Silent Auction. This auction is for those who have collected Leader Bucks throughout the year. If you have any donations, please get them to Dawn R. or Barbara L.
- Other Girl Scout Volunteers
- It has been brought to my attention that leaders are not being considerate and thoughtful to other leaders. WE are ALL volunteers! Anyone who takes on an additional position or volunteers to head up an Event is a VOLUNTEER. NO ONE get paid! Please be respectful and considerate to other Girl Scouts.

- If you have not received your incentives, please check with your incentive coordinators.
- Family Partnership Presentation à Julie R.
- Julie provided and presented the Family Partnership powerpoint presentation. Julie is available to come to your meetings to do the presentation if you are not comfortable. Please note, every troop is required to do a Family Partnership presentation. We have provided you means to make it easier for the leaders to do that with the preso on disc, or hard copy. If you have any questions, please contact Julie R.
- Adult Recognition à Barbara L.
- It is time for Outstanding Volunteer and Leader awards. These awards will be presented at our June 5th VISTA meeting. Please submit your Outstanding Volunteer and Leader Awards to Karen Z., Donna-Marie A. or Denise U. Attached are the nomination forms. These forms are due by May 1st VISTA meeting.

- Basic Leader Training/Girl Level Training
- Please check the VISTA calendar for Basic and Girl Level Training. The attached flyer is a summary of trainings.
- Bridging Certificates à Dawn R.
- Please submit the names of your girls and troop numbers to Dawn R. She will print the certificates for you.

- Vote for Leader Daughter Event
- A vote was taken for the Leader/Daughter Event and a Picnic at Wild Rose with the option to Camp won. We will be scheduling this event at the beginning of next year.
