To reserve your space and a cabin for the Camporee, reservations will be taken on a first/come, first/served basis beginning NOW through Tuesday, November 2, 2010. A deposit per person is required for each person (Scout, Leader or Adult Chaperone) planning to attend the Camporee. Full payment is due by Tuesday, March 1, 2011. If a Scout or Leader later chooses not to attend, deposits will be applied to the remaining troop balance. Deposits are nonrefundable but will only be returned to the troop if the camporee is canceled due to low enrollment.

A total of 300 overnight spots is available (but will go quickly!). Once the overnight spots are taken, girls will be assigned as Day Only campers.

Troops will be notified 2 weeks before camp of their cabin assignment. No refunds will be made. This Camporee will take place rain or shine! Specific cabin requests cannot be made. Troops may be combined in cabins in order to accommodate as many overnight troops as possible. Troops will not be split up.
