COST: $16.00 per couple
$8.00 per additional Girl Scout
Patches included for scouts only
Each scout MUST be accompanied by an adult. NO permission slips!
SERVICE: Bring donation of box of cereal to be donated to the Schaumburg Food Pantry.
HOW: Return the attached roster with full payment no later than Tuesday, February 1st to the February Vista Meeting. Checks should be made payable to Vista 6. If you have any questions, please contact Julie Rhodes at (847) 917-7424 or WJAMJH@aol.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is limited space available for each time slot. Leaders, you can choose the time slot but requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. If you definitely want a time slot, please turn in your roster and payment EARLY.
There are no permission slips for this event. Be sure to fill in emergency contact phone number on the roster. This is new but needed.
