WHEN: SUNDAY, MARCH 15, 2009
 
TWO SESSIONS, EACH ACCOMMODATING 100 PARTICIPANTS
PICK YOUR SESSION – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
SESSION 1: Check in 12:00 noon, Bingo starts promptly at 1:00 pm, ends at 3:00pm.
 
SESSION 2:   Check in 3:30 pm, Bingo starts promptly at 4:00 pm, ends 6:00 pm
 
Cost: $6/player, includes 6 games of bingo, patch, water, rice crispy treat.
 
Concession stand will be available for additional drinks and snacks to purchase.

Deadline for payment and registration is Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Payment due before registration is confirmed. Troops must be prepaid and pre-registered. NO TROOP REFUNDS. Please check in as a Troop. Complete and return the attached registration form. Please submit one check per Troop. Make check payable to Troop 1850.
Remember to meet adult/girl ratios and to have signed permission slips.
 
Please bring a non-perishable item for the Schaumburg Food Pantry.  
 
If you bring in an item for the food pantry you will receive a special bingo card to play in the special bingo game. It doesn’t matter if you bring 1 or 100 items to for the food pantry you only get 1 card.
