JUNIOR and C,S,A Grade Level Leadership Essentials Training

Grade Level Leadership Essentials is a must for new leaders and new co-leaders, and should be completed within 12 weeks of beginning your troop.
 
Grade Level Leadership Essentials is a must for veteran leaders who have either never taken the appropriate Grade Level Leadership Essentials for their current troop, or who have recently flown-up or bridged their girls to a new level of Girl Scouts. Daisy training does not qualify you to lead Brownies; Brownie training does not qualify you to lead Juniors; etc.
 
JUNIOR Grade Level Leadership Essentials is for leaders of fourth and fifth grade girls, and provides an in-depth look at girl/adult planning and girl processes, troop government and decision making, problem solving and behavior management. It introduces the grade level program resources and awards.
 
CADETTE, SENIOR, and AMBASSADOR Grade Level Leadership Essentials is for leaders of girls in grades 6 – 12, and provides an in-depth look at girl/adult planning and girl processes, troop government and decision making, problem solving and behavior management. It introduces the grade level program resources and awards.
