  • If you are a NEW Adult Volunteer? Do you plan on driving Girl Scouts other than your own child? Then you must submit a Volunteer Application to council.

  • Please click on the Registration/Permission button below to download the Volunteer Application (or go directly to our council’s web site by clicking here).

  • Please provide your Social Security number which allows council to perform a background check.

  • References forms are needed only if you are a Leader or Co-leader.

  • Applications are to be completed and submitted directly to council. (Please see page 2 for mailing information.)
