Do you know someone who you think is deserving of an Award or Recognition for the service that they have contributed to Girl Scouts?
Click on the Registration/Permission button below to download the Council Recognitions packet. Read through the criteria for each award. (Criteria for each award or recognition may be slightly different.) Contact Margaret T. (Park Ridge) before submitting your nomination form. Nomination forms, and possibly Letters of Endorsement, can then be submitted directly to council.

Please remember that awards and recognitions presented at our local May 9, 2012 Service Unit 405 meeting (Outstanding Leader, Outstanding Volunteer, Honor Roll and years of service pins) will be due to Margaret in the Spring. Further information will be available at a future Service Unit meeting.
