“Girl Scout Boot Camp”

 

Vista 4’s 2008 Lock-in

 

Are you ready to get back to Girl Scout basics ?????? 

 

Along with our usual fun-packed lock-in activities...

swimming in the South Seas Lagoon, playing walleyball, basketball or volleyball, going crazy in the “Jumps & Jiggles” room, wall climbing (Junior Scouts & older),

riding the carousel, watching movies, playing board games, singing karaoke,

making a craft & doing a service project, we will be (re)learning some of the

Girl Scout basics; knot tying, orienteering, using trail markers,

maneuvering an obstacle course, etc.  

 

We’ll be serving pizza, fun snacks, and they’ll be a midnight ice cream social!  Continental breakfast will be served in the morning.  

 

Where:  Elk Grove Park District Pavilion

1000 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village  847-593-6248

 

When:    Friday, November 7th OR Friday, November 14th

               7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Saturday)

 

What to bring:

Bathing suit (wear under clothes), towel, plastic bag for wet things, underwear, PJ’s, slippers, sleeping bag & pillow (or equivalent), hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste.

Come dressed for “boot camp” in camouflage or khaki clothing!
