Girl Scout Day at Brookfield Zoo

Saturday, May 3, 2008 - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Brookfield Zoo, 3300 Golf Road, Brookfield IL


 

PREMIER EVENT - Girl Scouts and their families are invited to spend a day at beautiful Brookfield Zoo. Girl Scouts can join the parade down the Main Mall, participate in the Share the Care project designed to feed a Snow Leopard for a year, or bring SWAPS to exchange with other Girl Scouts! Commemorative patches are included in girl cost (for girl members only)! Regular membership benefits apply for families who are Brookfield Zoo members -- you do not have to register. Cost does not include added attractions. Admission tickets may be picked up at the North Gate of the Zoo on the day of the event until Noon. Discounted tickets will not be sold on the day of the event. Parking fees are paid upon arrival at the zoo.
 
Cost: $7 per Girl Scout (includes patch), $9 for adults, $5 for siblings over age 2 or seniors. Parking and added attractions are not included and will require an additional fee.
 
This event is sponsored by the Prairie Winds Council, but open to girls in the Illinois Crossroads Council. To reserve tickets, click here www.girlscoutspw.org/calendar/event.php. You will then be asked to click onto a Prairie Winds Council registration page.  Enter program code 7085 for girl scout tickets, code 7086 for sibling/senior tickets, and 7087 for adult tickets. Enter code 7087 to order  the commemorative patch (select individual girl and enter the number of patches in the adults field of the registration form). First time users of this site will be prompted to register their names and email addresses with the Prairie Winds Council.
