Winter Festival Parade
Saturday, December 1, 2007 - 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Downtown Mount Prospect on Prospect and Emerson Avenue
Come help ring in the Holiday Season and join the 7th Annual Mt. Prospect Winter Festival Parade in downtown Mt.Prospect on the evening of Saturday December 1, 2007. The Parade begins at the Maple Street Commuter Lot (Maple and Prospect Ave), goes west on Lincoln Street, North on Emerson Street to Prospect Avenue and then West to Pine Street. So come marching in the parade or Carol along the route and afterwards stop by the refreshment tent for coffee, hot chocolate and cookies and you can even visit with Santa and Mrs. Clause.
When:Saturday December 1, 2007
Time: Parade begins at 5pm, line up starts at 4:30pm; the parade ends between 6:00pm and 6:30pm
Where: Line up is in the Maple Street Commuter Lot (Maple & Prospect Ave.) VISTA 4 will have a slot number (will have it at November VISTA Meeting) and all VISTA 4 Girls Scouts should line up in that Slot number
Please contact Amy Weteska if you are planning to attend the parade. Your troop can pass out candy canes along the way and carry battery operated candles for added Holliday effect
