b. Remember deadlines-make deposits, keep profit unless you want to wait for the Hub to send it back. Call if you have any questions. Don't wait for one girl's paperwork-turn it in on time. Your coordinator can help. Money is due March 27-30 (over spring break). Also, cookie permission slips must be signed by each girl's parent before she can sell.
c. Site Sales/Coordinators-Karen D-form to apply for site sale is due January 8 (start turning in at any time, first come first served for locations and times). Site sales are Feb 24 - March 25, 2007. Within your community, sites are first come first served. Three choices where, when, age level of troop, (senior girls get priority). You should know your site sale before placing orders for your troop. Site sales are in March, earlier dates usually sell more. Please do not contact businesses on your own. Let the site sale coordinator contact the businesses for availability. Site sale coordinators will work with you to get those cookies sold. Cookie teams will get e-mail blasted to all leaders (cookie teams for each registration area) so you know who to contact for site sales, cookie questions, etc. If you want a location out of your area, you'll need to contact that reg area's site sale coordinator for permission. Jewel, Dominicks, Hardware stores, Walgreens, Ace, CVS, banks, Wal-Mart, Harper College (big event nights), train station (no Target, Home D). If you've tried places and have feedback, please let site sale coordinators know so we know if it's good/bad for next year. Please stay in area first for site sales, then it will open up to other areas.
