a.       Site Sale applications due tonight!

b.      Brownie/Junior Science Day – Introduce a Girl to Engineering event, Wendy W, Bart L, President’s Day, February 19, 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Science badges, staffed by women engineers.  Program led by National Engineers Foundation.  Free event, limited to 150 girls. Held at Motorola, Schaumburg. January 31 deadline, first come, first served. Registration information will be posted on the VISTA 3 Web site.

 3.      OLD BUSINESS

a.       Storage Locker update—Storage organization just about completed.  ID cards will be made up for every leader. Public Storage, 14 & Rohlwing Rd. A signout form will be available. Submit card to front desk, get locker key, take out items, turn back in key, get card back. Lists be get posted on the web soon. Presentation next month. The Bridge may need a separate signout sheet.

b.      GS Weekend with Chicago Wolves – February 24and/or February 25. Flyers available on table and on Web site.

 4.      UPCOMING VISTA EVENTS

a.       CoCo Key Water Resort—3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. March 12-15, hot dog, pizza, beverage, special visit—only girls, no families, no parents. Only leaders. You must combine with a troop if you don’t have qty 15. $13 per person. Adults must accompany children under 9 ratio 8:1. Daisies 5:1. Brownies 8:1.

b.      Skating Party – January 15 – Teresa I. Pay at the door is acceptable. Bring toilet paper for drive. Pay in advance is faster. Adults are free.

c.       Vertical Endeavors – January 20 – Julie S. Still some room tonight, through end of this week. Waiver needed to participate.

d.      Lock-In – January 27-28 – Gina F. Gina will take registrations until the January 13. Sandy C. will accept reservations also tonight. Registered adults are free.

e.      Waterworks – February 17 – Sandy C.

f.       YMCA – March 3 – Gina F.

g.      International Fair – March 17 – Karen D. Limited to reg area 328 so far, may open up to entire VISTA. An e-mail will go out if this opens up. Watch after January 15.

h.       Timber-lee – May 5-6 – Sandy C.

i.        Camp Day at Wild Rose – May 12 – Teresa I.
