Girl Scout Bowling

AMF Bowling Center, Rolling Meadows
TROOP 746 PRESENTS GIRL SCOUT BOWLING!
As they prepare for their Bronze Award, the girls from Troop 746 have decided to provide aid for The Buddy Foundation, a non-profit animal rescue shelter, whom they consider a worthwhile cause. The girls have chosen to contribute a portion of their group treasury to The Buddy Foundation, and will be collecting pet items to help the animals, too!
When: Sunday, April 29, 2007
Time: 2:00 - 4:00 PM
Where: AMF Bowling Center—Rolling Meadows (Kirchoff Road location)
Cost: $12.00 per Girl Scout (includes special bowling patch)
$10:00 per adult or sibling accompanying each Girl Scout
Includes: Two games of bowling and bowling shoes
Space is limited, so please reserve your spots early!
Any donations of the following items would also be appreciated:
Dog or cat toys or treats
Leaders: This is a Girl Scout family event, so each girl should be accompanied by a family member. If a troop leader wants to take responsibility for a girl who cannot attend with a family member, she is responsible for getting the signed permission form.
Please return the attached reservation slip to Lynn St. P by April 15th (or sooner, as space fills up quickly).
Checks should be made out to “Troop 746” (each troop will submit one check for all attending).
