Deposits will be taken on a first/come, first/served basis beginning December 3, 2007, at the Leader meeting. They will not be accepted earlier! Once the overnight spots are taken, girls will be assigned as Day Only attendees. You will be notified late December/early January of your assignment. There is a maximum of 117 sleeping spots (for Scouts and leaders) and a maximum of 150 Scouts attending activities (25 girls per rotation, 6 rotations).  Once the 150 maximum Scout attendees has been met, registrations will be closed, and a waiting list will be kept for those who wishing to be placed on it. *Scholarships—All girls should have the opportunity to attend this event, therefore, some money is available for girls in need. If you have a girl in need, please contact the VISTA Manager for additional information, V3_MgrUWAmb@gsvista.org.

**Volunteers are any troops that sign up to help run activities during the day. Please note: because you will be running activities, you will not be able to attend any of the Program Activities, instead you will be earning Leadership hours. Please contact Sandy first (V3_IntComAmb@gsvista.org) if you are interested in signing up as a Volunteer. There are a limited number of volunteer spots available.

In late December/early January, your troop will receive its cabin assignment (if overnight), and a bill for the final amount due. Full payment is due February 4, 2008.
