Three key TEAM positions will become vacant in May of 2011. The Service Unit is actively seeking volunteers to begin "job shadowing" beginning December 2010 for SERVICE UNIT MANAGER, REGISTRATION AMBASSADOR, FINANCE MANAGER, AND SPRING CAMPOREE. It's a great way to enhance your scouting experience and meet our leaders from across three communities. School Organizers are also a KEY volunteer position in need at several of our Service Unit Schools. Your role is vital to the success of our program for our girls in each of our area schools. Meet other scout leaders in your school and help recruit new troops during the fall and spring registration. We'd like to set up a program whereby girls who are advancing to the next level can donate their gently used books, try-its, or any other supplies to a younger troop. If you have materials you'd like to donate, please bring them to the next leader meeting, and if you need items, feel free to take!

Troops can help set up a PADS site in Palatine on Sunday nights at 5:45 p.m. for about 45 minutes. Troops need to sign up for a month of Sundays at a time, beginning in October. . If any troops are interested, please contact Anne via e-mail at v3_GirMemAmb@gsvista.org. Thanks for your help.
