VISTA 2:

1. Caroline L, Camp Ambassador, will show pics from the summer VISTA 2 day camp

• This past June, 267 girls attended
  
• next year, 1/2 day option for Daisies
  
• next year, busses directly to each community, rather than everyone meeting in Long Grove
  
• next year, maybe offered 3 weeks instead of 2 (sign up for 1, 2,or 3)
  
• maybe can pay high school girls next year
  
• need to recruit adults for next year

2. Jan G, Fall Product Ambassador for VISTA 2, will talk about the Fall Product Sale

• different vendors for both magazines and candy this year
• no more girl averages for incentives
• still only one incentive per girl
• receive your training at the meeting and pick up troop packets
  
• Troops must participate in both this Fall Product fundraiser and the Annual Cookie Sale in order to be eligible to hold their own fundraisers, like a bake sale, etc.

3. Visitor to discuss self defense classes for troops

• endorsed by Krista D, leader of troop 40115
  
• instructor holds black belt, has military training and works well with children
  
• offers mother/daughter class at $25 per couple or adult only classes at $20 per person
  

4. Lisa R, VISTA 2 Storage Locker Ambassaor, will be collecting $5 from troops who wish to have access to the supplies
