v The meeting agenda will be out on the Web site 3 days prior to the meeting. Please print a copy and bring it to the meeting.
v If you are interested in organizing a troop or community event to go see Wicked, please look at “Girl Scout Adventures”, under VISTA 2, Leader Resources for information.
v When turning in registration, please make sure you have a dues summary form attached.
v Please make sure your training is current. Age level training is available on the ilcrossroads.org website. Currently working on CPR/First aid classes. If you have any training questions, please contact Learning Opportunities at V2_LrnOppAmb@gsvista.org
v Cookie Program training dates for partner cookie activity available. Please contact V2_CookieAmb@gsvista.org for details.
v Parent Permission Slip Forms and Trip Application Forms – Please use the forms under VISTA 2, Leader Resources, Illinois Crossroads Council Forms, Parent Activity Permission Form and Trip Application. If you are having any technical problems using these forms please send an email to Internal Communications Ambassador V2_IntComAmb@gsvista.org.
v VISTA 2 Web site – this is a way to help all of us to communicate and share information such as events, meetings, etc… The Web site will continue to be better with your help.

Community Day Trips, Day Trips, and Overnight Trips
There was a lot of discussion at the meeting on permission slips and trip application forms. Below are the guidelines/procedures for VISTA 2.
o Please refer to the procedures in your Panorama or look online on the GSICC website http://www.ilcrossroads.org/
o Select FORMS
o Look for “Trip Forms”
o Then Select “Trip Application Guidelines”
Community Field Trip guidelines are defined in the Trip Application Guidelines document. Please send an e-mail to V2_CommFldTripAppMbr@gsvista.org with all the information listed under “Day trips within the geographic limits of the community” no later than 5 days before your trip.
For all other trips, please send all permission slips and trip applications to the Community Field Trip Coordinator V2_CommFldTripAppMbr@gsvista.org in the timeframe noted in the Trip Application Guidelines.
Please send all First Aid/CPR Certifications, and ON THE MOVE/QTCA Training Records, for each group trip, within VISTA 2 to the Community Field Trip Coordinator.
