Exploring Ape Behavior at Lincoln Park Zoo
Step into a researcher’s shoes at Regenstein Center for African Apes to observe the building’s amazing animals and gain information about the conservation of apes. Afterwards, embark on your own research project, using an iPod Touch to record the activities of one of the zoo’s gorillas or chimpanzees. Experience firsthand how zoo research helps us better understand the intelligence and complexity of these extraordinary animals. This fun filled interactive afternoon is guaranteed to stimulate your curiosity about the sciences!
