STEM Saturday: "Engineering and Physics"

Vernon Hills Regional Service Center (The HUB) 650 N Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061
STEM Saturdays, is a program designed for Girl Scout Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors who wish to learn more about various fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Each STEM Saturday will focus on a different topic.
Have fun learning about engineering, physics, and energy as you build a dance revolution; launch ping pong balls high into the air, and make a looping roller coaster for marbles with Styrofoam piping.
Cost: $10 per participant. (Covers snack, patch and goodies. Girls need to bring their own lunch.), capacity 100 girls

Please Note: A registered adult must accompany the girls during any of the STEM Saturday programs. Troops must follow Safety-Wise girl to adult ratio. Bring a own lunch. Girls will not be permitted to leave the premises.
