Girl Scout Day at Didier Farm

Tuesday, October 10, 2006 - 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Didier Farm, 16678 W. Aptakisic Road, Prairie View, Illinois


Open to VISTA 2!

Wear your Girl Scout vest or sash to show that you are a registered Girl Scout and you can walk through the CORN Maze for free.

Each registered Girl Scout can go through the Corn Maze unlimited times between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 10th if they wear their Girl Scout vest or sash.

Each registered Girl Scout must check into the Girl Scout table to get your free pass to the corn maze.

A patch for this event is available for $1.50.  Please try to place your order by troop if possible. To place your order, please contact Girl Scout Day at Didier Farm Event Coordinator by October 13th!

v     Pony rides, (weather permitting), $3.75

v     New This Season-Sunshine Crafts-Seasonal Magnet, Figurine and Glow in the dark painting available in the craft building (fee applies)

v     Tractor Hayrides $2.25 – This ride only until 5:30 p.m.

v     Educational Barn (no fee) – baby chicks

v     Farm animals (no fee)

v     Pumpkins are .45¢ per pound

v     Fresh apple cider and donuts (fee)

Permission slips are not required for families going on their own.  If you are going as a troop, troop leaders please have parent’s complete and sign a permission slip.
