Chicago Bulls vs. Utah Jazz Girl Scout outing

A few tickets left!! CHICAGO BULLS GAME Cost: $22 per Girl Scout & $20 per adult. An additional $2 may be added for an adult patch. Included in the Scout price is a ticket to game, a poster, a participation patch and a raffle ticket! Registration begins at the Wednesday, September 26, 2007, VISTA Meeting and will continue until all 100 tickets have been sold! Tickets will be on a first come – first serve basis. ONLY Payment & completed registration form will reserve your spot. Make check payable to Girl Scouts - Illinois Crossroads Council VISTA #13. Girl Scouts attending with someone other than their legal guardian MUST have a Permission Slip! Leaders are responsible for permission slips, HIPAA forms and medical cards. VISTA #13 was able to secure 100 tickets for this game! No registration will be accepted for this game once tickets have been sold. This event brought to you by volunteers of VISTA 13.
