1.     Send e-mail address updates to Valerie P

2.     Please review the Activity List and choose an activity to assist withcommitments could be just one time, or a few regular hours during the life of the event.  Volunteers are always welcome.  We are looking for a Fall Sale Coordinator for next school year.  Ask your troop parents if they’re willing to help!

3.     Cookie Sale update: Please have all cookie monies to Jeanne D by March 24 so we can submit everything to council on time.

4.     Thank you and congratulations to Jami P and Maria B for a hugely successful Daddy Daughter Dance!   Although it was nearly cancelled due to the majority of reservations coming in way past the deadline, Jami and Maria persevered and a wonderful time was had by all that night.

5.     Troop Photos were held on February 28 and the beauteous results should be available by our next meeting.   Stacey L has all the details.

6.     Thank you and congratulations to Sheri V and Laura B for an exhilarating Winter Event ice skating at Glacier!  Hawthorn Girl Scouts took over an entire arena and many folks found muscles they hadn’t heard from in years!

7.     An update on the Father/Daughter Event was given by Janine J.  The event is a Fun Bowl on Sunday April 6, for $12 per girl, $10 per significant male adult, which includes shoes, bowling, drink, snack and patch.  The details have been e-mailed out to Junior and above leaders and is attached.  Please remind your troop parents to submit their reservations ASAP - the deadline is Monday, March 16.  Late reservations may mean no patch for the girls!

8.     The Friendship Fair is up to 88 participants and is a GO!  Questions can be directed to Donna C, Beth D, or Kari P.  Keep working on those architectural feats!  Limit your swaps to 100.  Send your booklet question to Donna before March 31.

9.     The Brownie Try-It Workshop will be held April 25.  The Try-It achieved during the evening will be Senses!  A flyer was sent out this week and is also attached to this e-mail.  It describes what your senses will be teased with, just in case of allergies.  Please contact Mary S or Jami P with questions.

10.     Spring Registration packets were distributed.  Troops listed here need to contact Barb W to pick up their packets:  110, 287, 1150, 1336, 1387, 1390, 1410, 1411, 1479, 2420, 2430, 2755, 2850, 3561.  Please be sure one adult from each troop registers for eCouncil in order to process your registrations.  The registration form was sent out earlier this week and is also attached to this email.  Instructions are on the form.  Logons will be issues after April 14.
