SUBJECT:     Steps for Registration

DATE:          9/13/2007

Each troop needs to:

1)      Collect Girl and Adult Registration Forms, fees and Family Partnership donations from your troop.

How to separate Girl and Adult Registration Forms:

(WHITE copy - VISTA Registration Partner; YELLOW copy - Troop Leader; PINK copy - Parent)

2)      Review the forms - verify signatures.

3)      Complete the "Membership Dues and Family Partnership Summary Form".

How to separate "Membership Dues and Family Partnership Summary Form":

(WHITE and YELLOW copy - VISTA Registration Partner; PINK copy - Troop Leader)

4)      Deposit the money in the GSICC account at Harris Bank using the deposit slips     provided with your registration material. Ask the bank to VALIDATE ALL COPIES OF THE DEPOSIT TICKET.

5)      Enter the information from the forms onto the E-council Database.

6)   Submit the membership paperwork and validated deposit slips to the Registration

      Partner.

What to submit:

·         Membership Dues and Family Partnership Summary (White and Yellow Copy)

·         Girl and Adult Registration Forms (White Copy)

·         Two (2) validated deposit slips
