Deerpath and Atrium

   4th of July Parade
The Girl Scouts in Vernon Hills will be participating in the Independence Day parade on July 4th. We would like to show our Girl Scout pride and have a great showing of girls there! Each troop should have a banner or poster for the girls to carry. You can decorate a wagon or ride decorated bikes. If you choose to throw candy we will have a limited amount and you are welcome to bring more! We will meet at Deerpath and Atrium starting at 8:30am. Deerpath will be closed at 8:45 so you can drop off your daughter with a Girl Scout representative and then we suggest you park your car at Middle South as that is the end point of the parade. Girls must wear their vest/sash and every group of girls must come with at least one leader. Don’t forget your water bottles and permission slips! If you have any questions please contact Carole Berglund
Thanks so much and have a great summer!
