Cabinet Team Meeting Minutes – Sept. 19, 2006

· Update of Rosters: we have only 2 Ambassador positions open at the VISTA level with a few more openings at each of the Community levels; anyone interested in any of these open roles – please contact us

· Guests @ Mtgs – as long is there general consensus of the Team re: content to be presented (is it of value to the leaders) and the VISTA Manager is made aware – we will allow guests at VISTA mtg. as our schedule allows

· Web links/Event Coordinators – it was agreed that the Internal Communications Community Partner would coordinate e-mails among the various Event Coordinators within a community. If there was no Comm. Partner in place – it would then fall to the Ambassador or webmaster. Starr also has info regarding links for Team members e-mail access on the website.

· Fall Product Sales – Mary has the packets and has completed training. Sales start 10/13. Troop required training will begin at our next Leader mtg. 10/3 and additional training yet to be set-up (for those unable to make the VISTA Leader mtg.).

· VISTA Shed – it was agreed that all supplies will be coordinated in one shed for all members of VISTA #14. The shed in Ingleside is larger and easier access than the one selected by the Hub. Once the details are ironed out we will need to take inventory of supplies. This will necessitate an additional Ambassador – Supplies Ambassador and possibly Community Partners. No supplies should need to be housed in anyone’s house or garage.

· Courtney’s Corner: Courtney will be hosting a STUDIO 2B revisit in the future (Dec/Jan), anyone remotely interested please check in with Courtney. Courtney will get back to us on Volunteer Agreements.
