United Way is looking for older girls/and or adults to help out at the Golf Outing....activities such as reception, manning soft drink stations, maybe watching a hole for hole-in-one contest, etc.
Golf outings are really fun to work, I have worked several for charitable organizations through my job with American Airlines.
The United Way contact is Susan Ockerlund 847-884-8186. I am sure that you should have an adult stay with the girls, although driving to Algonquin would not be conducive to dropping off and then returning to pick up anyway. Susan is looking for a Girl Scout presence.
