WHO: All registered Girl Scouts in Vista #14 and their families
All non-registered persons that will be participating must pre-register in order to have insurance coverage.

WHERE: Wilmot Mountain Ski Lodge (262-862-2301)
11931 Fox River Rd., Wilmot, WI
DIRECTIONS: Take Rte 173 West to Wilmot Rd, turn right onto Wilmot Rd. (North) to the ski area.
COST PER PERSON:
$ 20.00 = Ski Lift Ticket/Lesson
$ 30.00 = Ski Lift Ticket/Ski rental (*)/Lesson
$ 40.00 = Ski Lift Ticket/Snowboard rental (*)/Lesson
(*) $10 CASH deposit(refundable) is required for skis and snowboard plus a photo ID
COST per patch/segment: $2.00 (segment ONLY: $ .75)
LEADER INFO:
v Permission slips mustbe turned in at the time of Registration.
v Medical cards must be on hand on the day of the activity.
v Please read “Safety Wise” page 109 for clothing & additional requirements.
v If you will not be skiing you do not need to pay the above fees, however you will need to bring or purchase your own food.
v Food: you can bring your own food and beverage but we are restricted to the 1st floor.
v The Lodge does have a Ski Shop, full service cafeteria and a Pizza barn, arcade room and a souvenir shop on site.
REGISTRATION:
Completed Registration (including signed permission slips) due at the Jan. 8, 2008 VISTA meeting.
Make Troop checks (no cash) payable to Vista #14. After 1-08-08, a $10 late fee will be
applied and donated to Family Partnership.
