VISTA Junior Sign of the Rainbow

Sign of the Rainbow – Workshop
WHO: All registered Junior Girl Scouts in VISTA #14
WHEN: Saturday, November 3, 2007 ~~ 1pm – 5pm
WHERE: Round Lake Area park District – Sports Center
COST: $8 per participant (includes all activities, snack and patches).
ACTIVITIES: Completion of the entire Junior Sign of the Rainbow (Junior Handbook pg. 192-193)
Includes Junior badge World Neighbors (Junior Badge Book pg. 28-29)
CHECK-IN: As a troop at 12:30 pm. Turn over a copy of all girl and adult medical cards, HIPPA forms, and permission slips in a zip-lock bag or envelope with your troop number clearly marked on the bag or envelope. Medication must be in its original container with child's name and instructions clearly marked on the container, administered by an adult, or by the child in the presence of an adult.
LEADER INFO: Please reference Safety Wise for information regarding necessary safety precautions as well as adult/girl ratios for your age level.
REGISTRATION: Permission slip and roster must be submitted no later than October 25th, 2007. Make Troop checks (no cash) payable to GS VISTA #14. There will be no late registrations accepted.
