WHAT: Cadette Program Aid Training
WHEN: October 9, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
WHERE: Morrison Program Center, Lake Villa
DIRECTIONS: The program center is located on Gelden Rd. between Deep Lake road and Grass Lake Road, on the east side of the street.
COST: $3.00 per girl for the pin; which will be given at the end of the class
Troop Checks only payable to: VISTA 14
DEADLINE: All permission slips and a complete roster is to be turned in with complete
payment no later than: October VISTA Meeting
CHECK-IN: Starts at 5:45 p.m. Check in once your entire Girl Scout troop is present (Leaders should keep copies of all attending girl and adult medical cards with them for this event!).
è Medication must be in its original container with the child's name and instructions clearly marked on the container and administered by an adult, or the child in the presence of an adult.
