VISTA 14 Bridging Rehearsal and Ceremony

WHO:             All registered bridging Girl Scouts in VISTA 14 (at all levels)
                        (“Volunteer” Girl Scouts needed for Color Guard and Greeters – no cost)
 
WHERE:        Round Lake Senior High School
                        316 W. South Rosedale Court
                        Round Lake, IL 60073
 
REHEARSAL:           DATE: Wednesday, June 20th
                                    TIME: 6-9pm
                                                6-9pm – Color Guard, Bridging Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors
                                                6:45-9pm – Bridging Brownies
                                                7:30-9pm – Bridging Daisies
                                                8:15-9pm – Everyone together brief run-through
 
CEREMONY:            DATE: Friday, June 22nd
                                    TIME: 7-8:30pm
 
COST:            $3.00 per Bridging Girl Scout (includes patch and certificate)
 
ADDITIONAL NOTE:          Troops are to contribute decorations (can be hand-made) to be brought to the Rehearsal and present during the Ceremony to help the girls complete their Bridging Rainbow requirements. Decorations should go along with the above theme.
 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:       Permission slips, roster and troop payment are due on or before Friday, June 9th (an envelope for collection will be available at the June 5th VISTA meeting as well) – Troop Checks only!
 
LATE FEE CHARGE:          $10.00 per troop after June 9th will be donated to the Family Partnership fund
 
TROOP CHECK-IN AT CEREMONY:      Starts at 6:40pm in the gym lobby.
 
What should you do? Once your entire Girl Scout troop is present look for designated check-in table to check in as a troop. Leaders should always keep the medical cards!
