VISTA Teen Girl Scout IPP Fall Workshop

 Teen IPP Workshop - Fall 2006
 
WHO:       All registered Teen Girl Scouts in VISTA 14
 
WHAT:     Work on (2) IPPs - [IPP = Interest Project Patch]
                  To ensure a quality badge workshop, troop leaders must help with each portion of the badge.
 
IPPs:        Orienteering; Sports For Life
 
WHERE:  Round Lake Area Park District Sports Center
                   2004 Municipal Way, Round Lake Beach
                   (behind the Round Lake Area Post Office)
 
WHEN:    Saturday November 11, 2006               1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
 
CHECK-IN: As a troop 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. All girl and adult medical cards, HIPAA forms, and permission slips should be in the possession of the troop leader. Medication must be in its original container with child’s name and instructions clearly marked on the container, administered by an adult, or by the child in the presence of an adult.
 
COST: $14.00 per girl includes activities, IPPs and possible snack
 
ATTIRE: Dress appropriate for the weather, as some activities may be outdoors.
 
REGISTRATION: Must be submitted no later than the October 3, 2006 VISTA meeting. Make Troop checks (no cash) payable to VISTA #14. After October 3, 2006, add a $10 late fee that will be contributed to the Family Partnership fund. Maximum capacity is 100 girls.
