VISTA FAMILY ICE SKATING

WHO:  VISTA 14 Girl Scouts and their immediate family members are all invited to this private ice skating event.

 

DATE:  Sunday, April 29, 2007

 

TIME:  3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

*check-in starts at 2:30 PM

 

PLACE: Glacier Ice Arena, 847-362-1222

670 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills

 

DIRECTIONS: South on US-45 or SE on IL-137/Buckley Rd., left onto IL-137/Peterson Rd., turn right onto N Butterfield Rd. (4.7 mi.), turn left onto W Townline Rd/IL-60 (0.8 mi), turn right onto Lakeview Parkway (0.4 mi), and the arena will be on the right before N. Fairway Dr. across from The Hub..

 

COST:  $6 per skater and $2 per patch

*Includes skate rental, soda and cookie

*Games with gym shoes (no Heelys):

Broom Ball & Ice Olympics

*Disco Ball ~ ice skating to music

 

*Parents - Include payment with Permission Form to your Leader by March 24th; make checks payable to your troop. 

 

*Leaders - Troop Registrations with Permission Forms and payment are all due at the VISTA meeting on Tuesday, April 3rd; make troop check payable to VISTA 14.

Other Info:

*Concessions are available at your own cost.

*Please do not bring hockey sticks or pucks.

*Wear comfortable clothing, mittens/gloves, and gym shoes.
