WHO:        All registered Junior Girl Scouts in RL/FL/Ing Community
 
WHAT:     Work on (2) Badges
                  To ensure a quality badge workshop, troop leaders must help with each portion of the badge.
 
BADGES: Yarn & Fabric Art; Folk Art
 
WHERE:    Round Lake Area Park District SportsCenter
                   Municipal Way, Round Lake Beach, IL

WHEN:     Saturday, October 28, 2006
                  1:00-4:30pm
 
CHECK-IN: As a troop at 12:45pm. All girl and adult medical cards, HIPAA forms, and permission slips should be in the possession of the troop leader. Medication must be in its original container with child’s name and instructions clearly marked on the container, administered by an adult, or by the child in the presence of an adult.
 
COST:      $14.00 per girl includes activities, badges and possible snack 
 
ATTIRE: Dress appropriate for the weather, as some activities may be outdoors.
 
REGISTRATION: Must be submitted no later than October 3, 2006 (the VISTA meeting). Make Troop checks (no cash) payable to VISTA#14:RL/FL/Ing. After October 3, 2006, add a $10 late fee that will be donated to Family Partnership fund. Maximum capacity is 100 girls.
