WHO:                         All registered Girl Scouts and their families

WHAT:           Join us for a morning of FUN!   Movie choices are Fantastic Mr. Fox or Old Dogs and New Moon (movies can change without notice, but will remain G or PG, tickets are non-refundable).  We will e-mail any movie changes we may get.

WHEN:           Saturday, December 5^th, 2009 - 10:00 am

WHERE:        Libertyville Theater 

                                    708 Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, IL

COST:            $8 per person (includes movie ticket, unlimited popcorn and pop)

                                    $1 per patch

DEADLINE:              Tickets are sold on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.  You need to bring registration to Elizabeth P .  All permission slips and a complete roster are to be turned in with complete payment no later than: Monday, November 23^rd, 2009 

LEADER INFO:        IMPORTANT:  As always, both movies are subject to change the Thursday before.  Any Substitute movie will be a G, PG or PG-13.  NO REFUNDS GIVEN.  Sometimes surprises are most FUN!!!!

                                    Service Project Information:  Every Troop is to bring toilet paper and/or coffee for the Open Arms Food Pantry..

CHECK-IN:  Starts at 9:10 am.   Check in once your entire Girl Scout troop is present (Leaders should keep copies of all attending girl and adult medical cards with them for this event!).
