Troop Cookie Program Order Coordinators receive and deposit final money collected from girls in your troop.
Contact girls who have not turned in all of their money. After 3 attempts, complete a T-8 Individual Collection Form on any girl who has not turned in all of her money. Attach the Parent/Guardian Permission and Responsibility Form to the T-8. Complete a T-4 Troop Financial Report. Make deposits into the council (checks or cash) and troop (cash only if possible) accounts.
