Liz Fogarty led a Web site quiz.  Thank you to everyone that participated and thanks even more for using the website!!

The Flag ceremony was led by Troop 3585!

Announcements

  • Troop 3585 is working toward a Silver Award. They are hosting a Brownie Try-It event.
  • Contact Erika at the Council if you are not receiving e-blasts
  • First Aid training may again be available at Vista meetings. Stay tuned.

Council News (Lillia Taylor and Reese Nelson)

  • Grayslake area needs more help getting troops registered.
  • Need volunteers for Woodland recruitment events. Sign up at Vista meetings.
  •  Please fill out the survey on the Home web page. (no longer available)
  •  Reese led a STEM activity demo (optical illusion). Program boxes are available in the Shed.  The kids really enjoyed participating in this demonstration.

Cookie Sales (Meredith)

  • Cookie pick-up was a success.
  • Endorsement stamps are available at Harris Bank in Round Lake and Gurnee
  • If anyone has a copy of the Daily Herald article about cookie pick- up, please forward to Meredith.
  • Need help with Home Show cookie sales on 2/28 and 3/1. Email Meredith if you are interested.
  • Tribute to Achievement Event at the Hilton downtown: Need girls to sell cookies on March 4th from 4:30 - 8:45 p.m. at the Hilton
  • Extra cookies are available after the VISTA meeting tonight.
  • Cookie Incentives will be available for pickup at the March VISTA meeting.  You must turn in final paperwork before receiving incentives.
  • Debbie discussed Mints for the Military program where customers donate cookies for armed services. Also need help packing boxes for shipping overseas to military on March 8th. Contact Debbie with questions.
