Legends of the Old West Camp Day
VISTA 3 has opened up the "Legends of the Old West Camp Day at Wild Rose" event to all VISTA troops on a first-come, first-served basis. If you haven't been to Wild Rose yet or want to visit again, come and experience a great Camp Day for girls and leaders. Girls and leaders will learn campfire skills, different types of outdoor cooking (with lots of tasting!), go on a scavenger hike, create a craft, and have fun at the games. Dinner and a patch are included.
When: Saturday, May 12, 2007 (rain or shine)
Time: 2-6 p.m. (You can also reserve overnight accommodations through Council and stay the night before or after this event to make a short weekend trip out of it.)
Where: Wild Rose Girl Scout Camp, St. Charles, IL
Cost: $12 per Girl Scout, $5 per adult (sorry, no friends or siblings)
Registration Deadline: April 20, 2007. Don't delay--only 75 openings remain!
