If you are unable to visit us in person, we will be happy to help you:

• Purchase by E-mail - Send your order via e-mail to vernonhillsshop@girlscoutsgcnwi.org.  Include a list of the items to be purchased and the shipping address.  You can include your credit card number in the e-mail or provide a phone number we can call to obtain the credit card information.
• Purchase by Mail - Mail your order and payment to the address above marked "Attention Girl Scout Shop." Our goal is to fill and send your order within two business days. Checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
• Purchase by Phone - For your convenience, our shop has a voice mailbox you can access 24 hours a day by calling 847-573-0500, ext. 1150. This mailbox is for placing credit card orders.
• Use the Official Girl Scout Catalog - Mailed to all registered members, this catalog is also available free from your VISTA manager or the Girl Scout shops. It displays all insignia, badges, troop crests, and other items in color. All the merchandise listed in this catalog is available at the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana shops or at www.shopgirlscouts.com. Extra catalogs are distributed each fall.
• Shop Online - www.shopgirlscouts.com is available for your convenience.

Return and Exchange Policy
An item purchased at the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, Vernon Hills Regional Service Center Shop may be returned at any time for a shop credit or refund. The item needs to be currently sold in the shop, in good condition with all original tags attached, and accompanied with a punch card and receipt for refund.  Without punch card and receipt, shop credit will be issued.
