Our council is licensed by GSUSA to sell Girl Scout supplies including uniforms, gift and recognition items, and accessories. All the merchandise listed in the GSUSA catalog is available from the Illinois Crossroads Girl Scout Shop (or click here for the latest in seasonal items and new apparel) or by going online directly with GSUSA.  When you shop directly with GSUSA, the proceeds stay with them; however, we are providing this link for your convenience. • Purchase by Mail - Mail your order and payment to the address above marked "Attention Girl Scout Shop." Add $7.00 for orders under $20.00 and $9.00 for orders over $20.00 (UPS delivery). Our goal is to fill and send your order within two business days. Checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
• Purchase by Phone - For your convenience, our shop has a voice mailbox you can access 24 hours a day by calling 1-847-573-0500 x1150. This mailbox is for placing credit card orders to be delivered by UPS. (The above shipping charges apply.)
• Use the Official Girl Scout Catalog - Mailed to all registered members, this catalog is also available free from your VISTA manager or the Girl Scout shops. It displays all insignia, badges, troop crests, and other items in color. All the merchandise listed in this catalog is available at the Illinois Crossroads Girl Scout shops or by going online directly with GSUSA. Extra catalogs are distributed in the Starter Kits/Supplement Packets each fall.

Return and Exchange Policy
An item purchased at the Girl Scouts -- Illinois Crossroads Council Shop may be returned at any time for a shop credit or refund. The item needs to be currently sold in the shop, in good condition with all original tags attached, and accompanied with a receipt.
